This service may include techniques such as scraping, cupping, Muscle Release Technique (MRT), Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), and targeted Stretching. Meet Dr. George Ceja, DC
Dr. George Ceja, DC was born and raised in the Bay Area, where his passion for health and wellness began at an early age through playing soccer. This led him to compete at the collegiate level at Otero Junior College in Colorado and later at Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, California.

Dr. George Ceja, DC was born and raised in the Bay Area, where his passion for health and wellness began at an early age through playing soccer. This led him to compete at the collegiate level at Otero Junior College in Colorado and later at Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, California.
While at NDNU, Dr. Ceja earned his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, which launched his career in the fitness industry. As he continued working as a personal trainer, he recognized the need to support his clients beyond performance, especially when navigating new and long-term injuries. This inspired him to pursue his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West.
Dr. Ceja firmly believes that pain does not have to be a permanent part of life. Through personalized chiropractic care combined with proper fitness guidance, he is committed to helping patients heal, move better, and achieve their long-term health and lifestyle goals.
